Research achievements by Professor Yuji Wada and others have been published in Appetites

The research achievements of a research team led by Professor Yuji Wada (RARA Fellow) has been accepted and made available online in the academic journal Appetite. The study aimed to measure the Temporal Changes in Impressions (TCI) between animal-based and plant-based food. The findings of this study may help clarify the differences in consumers’ perceived value between animal- and plant-based foods.
