Professor Yuji Wada has been promoted to the RARA Fellow

The promotion of Professor Yuji Wada (RARA Associate Fellow) to the RARA Fellow was decided and the appointment ceremony was held on March 10, 2025 at Ritsumeikan University’s Suzaku Campus.

Prof. Wada has attracted attention from various sectors for his innovative research on multisensory integration and eating behavior. In April 2022, he was appointed as one of the inaugural RARA Associate Fellows. He has led a number of major projects to date and has also been successful in acquiring Grants-in-Aid for Scientific Research (KAKENHI) successively.

RARA Fellows are expected to make great strides in advanced research by generating research results and connecting with other researchers and research institutions as “nodes” (connecting points that link people and research) in order to realize the next-generation research-intensive university.
